UnifiedFlow is the name used for this research workflow software and technical partnership offering. You can contact the team at hello@unifiedflow.systems about the website, your inquiry, or this notice.
Information you provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, work or institutional email, institution or company, and what you would like to discuss. You may also provide your lab or PI, research area, modality, current analysis workflow, current bottleneck, and approximate team size. These additional fields are optional.
Please do not provide unpublished data, confidential research materials, sensitive personal information, or participant records. This form is for professional introductions, not research data transfer.
Website feedback
If you choose Give us feedback, the feedback service loads so you can leave a comment about this site. An account lets you return to your conversations. We store your email, account details, comments, page location, and redacted page previews captured when you select a spot on the page. Feedback conversations are visible to you and authorized reviewers, rather than other visitors.
Screenshot capture masks form fields and marked private elements. Attached images currently use unlisted public storage URLs, so anyone with an image URL can access it. Check your screenshot and do not include confidential research or sensitive information. Contact us to request removal of your feedback. Feedback is not a newsletter subscription.
How inquiry information is used
We use inquiry information to understand your request, respond, assess whether UnifiedFlow may fit your workflow, and keep a record of the conversation. We may use the information to prevent misuse of the form and maintain the website. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
When the form is available and a submission is confirmed, the information is recorded in UnifiedFlow’s inquiry system. If the website reports that delivery could not be confirmed, contact us before resubmitting so we can check for a duplicate.
Website operations and service providers
The website is hosted with Vercel, with domain services provided through Cloudflare. Hosting and security services may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs to deliver and protect the site.
Authorized personnel and providers supporting website hosting, inquiry records, and email may process information as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or where necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. Provider processing locations and applicable transfer arrangements must be confirmed before this notice takes effect.
Cookies, analytics, and browser storage
This version of the website does not include advertising trackers, marketing analytics, or embedded third-party media. The inquiry draft is held in the current page’s memory; the site does not intentionally save it to local storage. Leaving or reloading the page may discard it. Technical hosting or security features may change, and this notice will need to reflect any such changes.
Retention
The proposed approach is to retain inquiry information only while it is needed to respond, manage an active or reasonably anticipated working relationship, or meet applicable legal obligations. Relevant criteria include the last meaningful contact, whether a request is still active, and whether a legal obligation or dispute requires preservation. Operational log retention follows the configured service-provider settings. A documented deletion schedule and provider settings must be confirmed before publication.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to correct your inquiry details, stop follow-up contact, or delete information by emailing hello@unifiedflow.systems. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights to access, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to complain to an appropriate privacy regulator. We may need to verify a request and retain information where law requires it.
Research data and external links
This website notice does not authorize the use of private research data. Research storage, authorized technical access, confidentiality, and any permitted use are addressed through the lab’s approved onboarding and agreements. External dataset repositories and other linked sites apply their own notices and terms.
Changes to this notice
When the notice is approved, its effective date will appear here. Material changes to website information handling will be reflected in an updated notice and, where required, brought to your attention.
